Women Leadership Summit 2020

Women Leadership Summit is a leadership program designed for cisgender women, transgender women, and non-binary individuals to move up in their leadership roles and to capacitate others like them at work. The Summit comprises of a residential program, bi-monthly meet-ups, Bring It Back event, one on one coaching, and a graduation ceremony to activate women’s leadership at the workplace(s). The different aspects of the program will be carried throughout six months. (महिला नेतृत्व सम्मेलन एक नेतृत्व विकास कार्यक्रम हो जुन आफूलाई महिला भनेर पहिचान गर्ने त्याचलिङ्गी महिला, पारलिङ्गी महिला, अन्तर्लिङ्गी महिला तथा गैर-द्वयसांखिक व्यक्तिहरूलाई नेतृत्व भूमिकामा अगाडि बढ्न तथा अरुलाई पनि अघि बढ्न उत्प्रेरणा दिनको लागि डिजाइन गरिएको हो। नेतृत्व सम्मेलनमा आवासीय कार्यक्रम, द्वि-मासिक बैठक, ब्रिंग इट ब्यक कार्यक्रम, कोचिंग, र दिक्षान्त समारोह समावेश गरिनेछ। यो कार्यक्रमकको विभिन्न क्रियाकलापहरुको अवधि ६ महिना रहने छ । आवेदन डिसेम्बर ३१, २०१९ सम्म खुला रहने छ । )

Costs: (शुल्क)
The registration fee for an individual candidate is NRs. 25000/ six months. Registration for the organization is NRs. 37000/six month. The organization will be represented as a participating organization, where the organization’s information and logo will be represented in all the materials, sessions, and social media documents produced during the Women Leadership Summit 2020. (व्यक्तिगत सहभागी दर्ता शुल्क रु.२५००० लाग्नेछ। संस्थागत दर्ता शुल्क रु.३७००० तोकिएको छ । यसरि सहभागी संस्थाप्रतिनिधिलाई व्यक्तिगत नभएर संस्थाकै रुपमा परिचय दिइनेछ, साथै संस्थाको जानकारी र लोगो सम्मेलनका प्रकाशित सामग्री,विभिन्न सत्र तथा सामाजिक संजाल सामग्रीमा प्रयोग गरिनेछ ।

Theme: (बिषयबस्तु)
Every year, our sessions and programs are designed based on a certain theme. This year’s theme is ‘Redefining Leadership: The Untold Narratives’. We will be looking at leadership through history and uncovering narratives of women, gender and sexual minorities in Nepal. This leadership summit will comprise topics like gender, sexuality, human rights, leadership, feminism through an intersectional lens. हरेक वर्ष हुने हाम्रा कार्यक्रम तथा सत्रहरू निश्चित बिषयबस्तुमा आधारित हुने गर्छन । यसबर्षको बिषयबस्तु ” रिडीफाइनिंग लिडरशिप : द अन्टोल्ड न्यारेटिभस” रहेको छ । यस अन्तर्गत नेपालमा महिला, लैगिक तथा योनिक अल्पसंख्यकहरुको अनुभबको इतिहासको माध्यमबाट नेतृत्व विकासक्रम बारे छलफल गरिने छ । यस नेतृत्व सम्मेलनमा जेनडर, लैंगिकता, मानव अधिकार, नेतृत्व, फेमीनिजम जस्ता बिषयबस्तुहरु आन्तर बर्गीयताको लेन्सबाट छलफल गरिनेछ ।

Selection Procedure: (छनोट प्रक्रिया )
The selection process will consist of a written application screening, and if the application is selected in the preliminary round, the applicant will need to sit in an interview with the selection committee.

प्रारम्भिक छनोट निवेदनका आधारमा गरिनेछ, त्यसमा छानिएका निबेदकहरुलाईमात्र अन्तरबार्तामा बोलाइनेछ जसद्वारा अन्तिम सहभागी तय गरिनेछ।

We will only select 30 participants in our cohort for 2020.
२०२० को कार्यक्रमको लागि ३० जना सहभागीहरुको मात्र छनोट गरिनेछ ।
